摘 要
随着第三代移动通信技术的不断发展,新一轮的电信发展给电信运营商提供了巨大的机遇和挑战。同时随着电信产业的不断开放,国内外各类资本纷纷涌入中国这一用户规模全球第一的超级大市场,激烈的竞争不可避免。
经过了大规模重组后,电信运营商的自身和外部环境都在发生着剧烈的变化,在赶上这一轮发展高潮进行所必需的技术创新、人员储备和市场开发的同时,也必须为不断改进企业内部治理结构,建立和完善更为科学的分析决策体系,为以后的发展打下坚实的基础。
如何积极应对电信发展中带来的机遇和挑战,并能够作出快速、科学的分析判断决策是所有电信运营商必须认真思考的问题。能否应对上述问题并做出快速科学的决策, 也是现代企业发展的核心与基础,对企业的生存与步展有着重大的影响。因而构建电信业务分析系统框架对于电信企业实现业务决策的科学化是十分必要的。
本论文通过对电信业务系统现状进行一些观察和分析,结合数据仓库技术的发展趋势,提出了构建一个基于多维分析框架的电信业务分析系统,并对如何设计其体系结构、基于该框架下系统应具备的功能和运行机制作了进一步分析。通过对数据准备、数据分析、数据展示的各个环节及其实现过程进行了讨论,证明了进行多维分析的必要性和可行性。
