高空作业平台,是一种新型的施工机械,在建筑施工中发挥着重要作用。我较为落后,本文针对这一现状,分析和研究国外的先进技术,对蜘蛛式高空作业车的电气控制系统进行设计。
本文首先介绍了蜘蛛式高空作业车的发展现状、结构和性能特征,研究了高空作业车的功能及其实现条件。在分析液压原理和电气原理的基础上,采用西门子S7-200控制器进行电气编程,控制高空作业车的动作。设计中包括继电器部分和PLC控制部分,通过S7-200编程控制实现了高空作业车的行走、支腿调节、大臂操作、小臂变幅、吊篮的空中动作等功能,同时还对车体各个部分的状态进行检测使操作人员进行相应的操作,以保证操作人员的安全。而且本设计还进行了动作限位和安全互锁,并带有安全报警。
本设计采用S7-200为控制器,使用STEP7对S7-200 PLC进行编程,并通过该软件对程序进行仿真。

ABSTRACT
Aerial work platform, a new type of construction machinery, It plays an important role in building construction. Currently, the developing of aerial work platform in our country is more backward. In this paper I will design the electrical control system of the trailer mounted booms in the basis of analysis and research other countries ′advanced technology.
This paper at first introduces the trailer mounted booms development status, structure and performance characteristics, studies the function and implementation conditions. In the analysis of hydraulic and electrical principles theory, used Siemens S7-200 controller establishment electrical program- ming to control trailer mounted booms movements. This design includes relay part and PLC control part, through the S7-200 programming control Aerial walking, leg adjustment, boom operation, arm amplitude and basket air movement and other functions, at the same time, we also use many kinds of sensor to detect the status of the trailer mounted boom lift. The operator will take corresponding operations to control the machine in order to prevent operator from dangers. This design also contains action limitation, the safety interlock and safety alarm.
This design take S7-200 as controller, and use STEP7 make programming, we also use this software simulation of the process.
