摘要
包装纸板在国民经济和人民生活中占有越来越重要的地位。多年来,我国机制纸及纸板生产总量在世界所处的位置一直和钢铁所处的位置不相上下,和国民经济息息相关。而包装纸板的增长又与人民生活水平的提高密不可分,它还是外贸出口的“风向标”。
本设计是要完成年产40万吨(120g/m2)牛皮卡纸造纸车间的初步设计。首先对设计方案论证,确定工艺参数,根据所选的参数进行浆水平衡计算,然后根据计算的结果并结合工厂的生产实践进行设备选型,根据选型的结果进行绘制车间平面布置图, 并给出了工艺流程图。工艺方面,采用三层叠合抄造。面层、芯层、底层的定量比为1:1:2。考虑到以上因素,本设计中采用25%的木浆作为面层,25%的废纸浆作为芯层和50%的废纸浆为底层抄牛皮卡纸。浆水平衡方面,,是平衡的。,在误差允许的范围内,也是平衡的。
通过此次设计,让我对造纸工艺和机械设计方面都有很大的收获。毕业设计不仅是对前面所学知识的一种检验,而且也是对自己能力的一种提高。通过这次毕业设计使我明白了自己原来知识还比较欠缺。自己要学习的东西还太多。

Abstract
Packaging board in the national economy and people's life plays an increasingly important role in.
