摘要
本文主要设计汽车减速器壳体。
汽车主减速器是驱动桥重要的组成部分,它的功用是将万向传动装置传来的发动机转矩传递给驱动车轮,是汽车传动系中减小转速、增大扭矩的重要部件。可以使主减速器前面的传动部件,如变速箱、万向传动装置等传递的扭矩变小,同时也减小了变速箱的尺寸和质量,使得操控灵敏省力。
通过了解减速器壳体的功用,技术特性,结合减速器壳体的制造过程,来确定参数;然后进行设计计算,并结合生产工艺过程,使之结构简单、合理,容易加工,工艺性能好。
该论文研究的是减速器壳体的工艺设计,其中包括零件的分析,零件的工艺规程设计,毛坯尺寸确定及加工余量的确定,加工工时和切削用量的计算等内容。
通过这个毕业设计,熟练运用CAD等软件,同时巩固以往所学的知识(汽车设计、汽车构造、机械设计等)。在设计上具有全面的思路,结合遇到的各种实际问题进行综合考虑,以求达到设计要求,提高自己分析问题与解决问题的能力。

Abstract
