摘要:青钱柳是我国特有的单种属乔木植物,是国家重点保护的濒危植物之一。本文简述了青钱柳的地理分布、形态特征和生长特性,并对其叶进行了化学成分的分析,从根本上解释了青钱柳的绿色纯天然药用保健价值。对于资源培育方面,本文介绍了有性繁殖的播种苗培育技术和无性繁殖的扦插繁殖和组织培养技术,同时对青钱柳的人工林培育作了简要的介绍,包括青钱柳苗优良品种的筛选、青钱柳种子休眠的解除、青钱柳苗木的快繁技术和无性系化、青钱柳人工林的定向培育模式、青钱柳次生代谢产物的离体细胞培养技术。最后介绍了利用青钱柳的资源来开发研究的新型甜味剂和新型保健品、药物,并对青钱柳的未来研究做了展望。本文旨在为青钱柳的研究以及未来的开发利用和产业化经营提供参考。

Abstract:Cyclocarya paliurus is Chinese unique single species trees plant, is one of the national key protective endangered plants. This article simply introduces the geographical distribution of Cyclocarya paliurus, the orphological characteristics , growth characteristics and analyses its position ,which fundamentally explained the green pure natural and health care medicinal value of Cyclocarya palsiurus . For the aspect of resource cultivation, this paper briefly introduces the sexual reproductive seeding plant cultivation technology,asexual reproduction cutting propagation technology and tissue culture technique ,at the same time on paliurus forest plantation cultivation are briefly introduced, including the screening of good varieties of Cyclocarya paliurus、dormant removal of seed of Cyclocarya paliurus fast propagation technology and cloning of Cyclocarya paliurus artificial forest oriented cultivation mode of Cyclocarya paliurus﹑in vitro cell culture technique of secondary metabolite of Cyclocarya paliurus . At last, the paper introduces that using the Cyclocarya paliurus resources to develop new sweetener and new health care products , medicines,and do prospect for future resarch of Cyclocarya paper aims to be the Cyclocarya paliurus research ,future development
