摘要
随着扣式电池在各个行业产品中的广泛应用,与其相对应的电池生产设备的发展显得尤为重要。本课题在扣式电池生产线中的封口环节上进行扩展改装来提高其生产效率。通过对自动封口机的工艺、结构、控制三个方面进行优化、改进,详细讨论了高速自动封口的实现过程,确立了双头封口机的结构设计。然后进行CAD的三维虚拟造型和虚拟装配,并进行动态仿真,以确定机构的数据参数。
CR2032扣式电池双头自动封口机,它包括机架组件、上料传动机构、上下料机构、精密模架双头封口机构、气缸-连杆机构和气动系统、液压-连杆机构、电器控制系统及软件;所述的机架组件包括方形机架及其地脚,在方形机架上安装有下支板、中支板和上支板;在下支板和中支板之间对称安装有两个支撑筒,支撑筒内分别安装有拉杆,且拉杆穿过中支板与上支板连接;在两个支撑筒中间,下支板上安装有所述液压-连杆机构;在中支板和上支板之间安装有所述精密模架双头封口机构;在中支板上面安装着上料传动机构和上料传动机构的侧立板,侧立板的中间部位安装有上下料机构;中支板下面安装有气动系统;电器控制系统安装在所述的方形机架的右端。
扣式电池双头自动封口机在以机械取代人力的前提下还可以提高电池的生产效率,具有更广阔的前景。

ABSTRACT
Button batteries in various industries with products widely used, and their corresponding development of battery production equipment is very important. The subject in the button cell production line modifications to extend seal links to improve their production efficiency.
