[摘要]汽车和机械中最为重要的和应用最为广泛的关键零件之一就是气缸和油缸,气缸和油缸的精加工都有一道珩磨工序,传统的珩磨加工方法使珩磨头产生周向高速旋转运动和轴向往复运动,珩磨轨迹为正弦曲线;磨粒磨削轨迹的密度和长度受到了限制,从而使产品质量和精度的提高也受到了一定的限制。特别是随着难加工材料在产品中的应用比重扩大,使得振动切削加工技术在切削加工中应用越来越广泛。回转振动珩磨的概念就是在这样的背景下提出的。回转振动珩磨机是利用珩磨头珩磨工件精加工表面的磨床。主要应用在汽车、拖拉机、液压件、轴承、航空等制造业中珩磨工件的孔。本次我主要对珩磨机的床身及工作台结构进行了设计,力求结构简单,拆装方便,经济实用。

[Abstract] In cars and machinery one of the most important and the most widely used key parts is a cylinder , the cylinders have a honing finishing process, the conventional honing methods make the honing head produce the high-speed rotational and reciprocating axially movement ,the track of the honing is the sinusoidal trajectory; abrasive grinding track’s density and length is restricted, so that the improvement of product quality and precision has also been restricted. Particularly the machine materials which are difficult in machining and whose applications in the proportion of products expand make the vibration cutting technology in machining widely applied. The concept of rotary vibration honing is raised under such a background .The rotary vibration honing machines use the honing head finish grinding for the workpiece’s surface. Which are mainly used in cars, tractors, ponents, bearings, aerospace and other manufacturing industries in the honing of the workpiece’s hole. I mainly design the body and table structure of the honing machine this time, and it will be a simple structure, easy accessibility, economical and practical.
