摘要
基于Excel的固定资产管理系统设计,是利用Eexcel软件的数据录入功能加上运算公式简单快捷的进行数据的折旧管理而设计的一种实用型管理系统。系统最大的特点是通用性、简单操作性,适用于同行业以及一些同类型的后勤管理。此系统主要包括仓库管理、类型管理、用户管理、权限管理以及对各种资产、仓库和资产类型的增、删、改、查等功能。随着各公司资产的增多,基于Excel的固定资产管理系统的优势也越来越明显,同时也是一种使公司的管理工作更有条理,更方便,更有效率的管理系统软件。本系统在之前许多固定资产管理系统的基础上,添加了宏,使得操作更加简洁,数据录入工作更加方便,只需要一个按钮,数据便可以实现准确无误的自动生成,极大限度的缩短了办公时间;此系统还人性化的加设了一张说明表,表明系统的优缺点,适用范围,简单,明了;封面的设计跟为一目了然的显示了具体折旧数据,在实际公司统计中,可以直接打印出封面,切切实实的做到了省时、简单、便捷、精确。
