这是一个感叹句,结构式:what +a/an +形容词+可数名词单数+主语+谓语!本句省略了主语it is.
:What a beautiful flower it is!这是一朵多么漂亮的花啊!
What an interesting book it is !多么有趣的一本书啊!

Also 是副词,也。: I also like red.
词语辨析:also;too; either 三者都是表示“也”
also在肯定句中,其位置在行为动词之前,系动词和助动词之后,
:My sister also like red.
too 用在肯定句末,He is a student ,too.
either 用在否定句末。如:I am not a worker, he isn’t a worker, either.
They are going to write the reports ever!他们打算写一份最好的报告!
Be going to + 动词原形,表示“打算或计划做某事”
:I am going to go shopping tomorrow.
