摘要
本设计结合机电一体化课程教学环节需要,设计用单片机作为控制系统的X-Y工作台。通过论述X-Y工作台机械结构设计和控制电路接口设计,阐述了机电一体化设计中的共性和关键技术.
基于单片机二维数控系统是以单片机为主体,二维数控实验平台为核心的系统。主要应用单片机作为控制核心,LED点阵显示芯片与数控系统相结合的系统。充分发挥了单片机的性能。其优点硬件电路简单,软件功能完善,控制系统可靠,性价比较高等特点,具有一定的使用和参考价值。
该系统设计是一个开环控制系统,,;使机床的加工范围扩大,精度和可靠性进一步得到提高.
系统设计是利用AT89S51单片机,及27128,6264存储器及8155芯片等硬件组成,:通过单片机控制使电机运动从而实现工作台的移动。
