摘要
目前,世界范围内柴油机的性能指标日益提高,喷油系统的最新发展已经极大地推动了现代柴油机的进步,直喷式柴油机对喷油系统要求较高,需要高的喷油速率和喷油压力。大功率高强化中高速柴油机的发展对供油凸轮也提出了更高的要求,在喷油压力高达100MPa以上时,要求燃油喷射系统提供大喷油速率、良好的喷油规律和较低的接触应力。因此传统的供油凸轮已不能适应这种趋势,急待寻求新型的供油凸轮。
近年来,国内外的柴油机研制厂家开始对供油凸轮的函数化感兴趣,都在探索如何通过函数型面以满足柴油机对喷射性能和自身动力学性能提出的苛刻要求,谐波函数凸轮既保持了高的柱塞平均速度,又减小了喷油段的冲击,改善了弹簧的工作条件,得到了满意的效果,但在理论研究方面尚有待进一步的深入。
本文以美国EMD机车柴油机供油凸轮和国产内燃机车柴油机供油凸轮为研究分析对象,我们收集实测相关数据,采用CAD软件绘制供油凸轮型线图,利用EXCEL软件模拟分析得到供油凸轮从动件升程、速度、加速度等运动特性曲线,将两种凸轮进行对比分析,分析各自的优劣,以此更好的吸收最新的设计理念。
本文对我国未来柴油机供油凸轮的发展提供重要借鉴,并揭示未来柴油机供油凸轮的发展趋势,具有工程实践意义。

ABSTRACT
Currently, the worldwide diesel engine performance is increasing day by day, the latest development of the injection system has greatly promoted the progress of modern diesel engine, direct injection diesel engines for fuel injection system request is higher, need of high injection rate and injection pressure. the development of high power, strengthening and high speed diesel engine also put forward higher request on oil supply cam, in the injection pressure as high as 100 MP above, request fuel injection system provides large injection rate, good fuel injection law and low contact stress. so the traditional supply cam can not adapt to the trend, the seek of new type of supply cam e necessary.
In recent years, domestic and foreign diesel manufacturers started have interest in the supply cam function, are all exploring how to through the function type surface to meet diesel engine injection performance and its own to dynamic performance of the proposed strict requirements, harmonic function cam is maintaining high piston average speed, also reducing the impact of the injection period, improves the working conditions of the injections of the spring, and satisfactory re
