摘要
本文提出了自行车运动在中国如何普及的问题。
通过调查,发现自行车运动在国内经济较发达地区和经济欠发达地区的普及度差异很大;人们对自行车运动的认识、理解和接受程度也有很大的差异。总体来说,自行车运动在中国发展现状不理想,普及度不高,人们对它的接受度也较低。
在通过研究中国经济较发达发达地区和经济欠发达地区的不同现状、客观因素后,大致了解不同地区自行车运动普及度不高的原因,以及当地人不接受自行车运动的原因。对其区别对待,寻求不同的解决方法。
解决问题要理论与实践相结合,从主观思想方面,和客观环境方面分别着手,让各地区的人都能认识,了解,并接受自行车运动,更主要的是让更多的人能参与到自行车运动中来,使自行车运动在中国各个地区都能得到发展普及。
当国人接受了自行车运动,愿意参与到这项运动中来的时候,如果没有一些适合群众的运动健身、训练方法是不行的。但国内对自行车运动研究较少。所以要通过学习专业的自行车运动训练方法,加以改进,使之适用于广大群众。
最后还需要了解自行车运动可能引起的运动损伤的预防治疗方法。确保广大群众能安全地进行自行车运动。
有了理论、条件、技术支持,自行车运动必将在中国各个地区得到充分的发展。

ABSTRACT
It shows how to make the cycling popular in China in this article.
By the investigation, I find that there's great difference between the developed district and the underdeveloped are also great deferences between them in awareness, understanding and acceptance of cycling. Overall, the development of cycling in China is not in an ideal situation. The popularity is low. So is the acceptance.
By studying the different situation and objective factors between the developed and underdeveloped regions, I generally know the reason why the popularity is low in cycling and why local people don't accept the cycling. And I'm to seek different solutions to different regions.
To solve the problems we bine theory with practice. We should let all the people in every region know, understand and accept the cycling on both subjective and objective hands. And overall make more e to join the cycling, making it popular in all the regions in China.
It won't go well without the methods for people doing the cycling even if people accept the sport and want to join it. And there's only a little information about cycling. So we should learn and improve the professional methods of doing cycling and make it suit to the masses.
