摘要
近年来,由于城市人口的增多和土地资源的稀缺,高层建筑不断增多,液压滑升模板是伴随着高层建筑增多而出现的现浇混凝土工程施工技术之一。这种施工技术适用于现浇混凝土结构,该施工技术机械化程度高,可节约了大量的木材及人力;能加快施工速度,缩短工期;保证结构的整体性,提高其抗震能力和稳定性。将该技术应用于筒壁结构及高层建筑施工时更能充分发挥其优越性。目前的工程项目建设,开发商要求的工期特别紧,承建方也出于降低施工成本的目的而尽可能加快施工进度、减少模板及外架的周转,因此滑模技术的发展前景十分广阔,然而目前对这种现代施工技术的应用研究还远远不足。
本文首先回顾了滑模施工技术的发展历程,介绍了滑模施工技术的应用现状,并对其在国内的应用现状及发展趋势做了详细介绍和分析。
结合咸阳60万吨/年甲醇项目工程实例,对筒仓建筑的滑模施工进行了全过程的研究,依次研究了液压滑模系统的设计其中包括液压提升系统设计、模板系统设计和电气系统设计,模板系统的安装,滑模的施工,滑模系统的拆除,安全技术措施以及质量保证措施。并在滑模施工常见问题分析的基础上,提出了相应的控制措施,科学地解决了滑模施工过程中的技术问题,合理确定了滑升模板的设计方案及安装技术要求,优化和完善了滑模工艺在预应力筒仓施工中的运用。通过实例研究可见液压滑动模板施工技术不仅是技术的革新,而且能有效保证筒仓工程的施工质量,同时降低了工程成本并且提高经济效益,为类似工程施工提供可借鉴的经验。

In recent years, as one kind of cast-in-situ concrete, the Hydraulic Slip Form Construction has been used a lot in high-rise buildings, the number of which is increasing for excess living and lack of land. This kind of construction technology has been widely used in cast-in-situ concrete structure, the construction techniques of high mechanization can save a lot of wood and labour force, accelerate the constructive process, shorten the construction period, ensure integrity of the structure, enhance the earthquake-resistant ability and stability. This technique gives full play to its advantages when it is applied in a hollow structure and high building construction. In current engineering construction, considering the tight construction time, developers require the construction side try their best to speed up the construction progress and reduce the formwork turnover in order to save money. In such circumstances, the development of Hydraulic Slip Form Construction has a brilliant future though study of the technology is far in sufficient.
