题目浅析会计职业道德失范及其对策

摘要
会计人员职业道德水平的高低,关系到国家财经法规制度能否执行、经济秩序能否有序、经济发展能否持续的大问题。会计职业道德建设问题一直是倍受业界和社会公众关注的焦点。随着我国经济的快速发展,会计的法规、制度建设日新月异,可与之相辅相承的会计职业道德却出现了滑坡现象,会计职业道德是影响会计工作质量的关键所在。没有较好的职业道德,越高的职业技能反而越阻碍了会计工作的健康发展。针对这一现状,本文对现阶段会计职业道德建设问题,做出原因的分析,并提出相关解决对策。

Abstract
Accounting personnel professional moral level, is related to financial laws and regulations can be executed, economic rules can be orderly and sustainable economic development in the big problem. The accounting professional ethics construction issue has is highly industry and society the focus of public concern. With the rapid development of our economy, the accounting regulations, system construction, and the changing in full accord the accounting professional ethics but appeared landslide phenomenon, the accounting professional ethics is affecting accounting work quality is the key. No good professional ethics, the higher vocational skills instead of the more hindered the healthy development of the accounting work. In view of this situation, this paper elaborates on the accounting professional ethics construction, make the analyses of the reasons, and puts forward relevant solutions.
