磷素对不同基因型大豆磷脂含量的影响
摘要
本文主要研究了不同基因型大豆中磷脂含量与磷素营养的关系,重点解决不同基因型大豆品种获得最佳磷脂量需要的施磷量。为提高磷肥利用率和专用优质品种定向改良提供理论依据及实施技术的位点。此项研究无论在理论和实践方面还是对振兴大豆产业都具有十分重要的意义。
本项研究主要是探索不同基因型大豆不同施磷水平磷脂的变化规律。方法是钼蓝比色法,测定大豆籽粒中的磷脂含量,结果表明:施磷水平对不同基因型大豆磷脂含量具有较大的影响,随着施磷量的增加,大豆中总磷脂含量增加;而品种因素和交互作用效应对大豆磷脂含量的影响不显著,不同品种同一磷处理大豆总磷脂含量无差异性,不同品种不同磷处理大豆总磷脂含量无差异性。

Phosphorus in soybean genotypes of differenphosphatide content
Abstract
This project research has mainly studied in the different genotype soybean phosphatide content and the phosphorus element nutrition relations, the key solution different genotype soybean variety obtains Shi Linliang who the best phosphatide quantity needs. In order to raise the phosphate fertilizer use factor and the special-purpose high quality variety orderly improvement provides the theory basis and the implementation technology position spot. Regardless of this research to promotes the soybean industry in the theory and the practice aspect to have the very vital significance.
This study is to explore different soybean genotypes of different phosphorus levels of the changes of blue colorimetric method, the determination of soybean phospholipids, results show that: the level of phosphorus of different genotypes of soybean phospholipids with a greater influence, with the increase in the number of P, soybean phospholipids in the total increase; The variety of factors and interaction effects on soybean phospholipid content did not significantly different soybean varieties to deal with the same phosphorus content of no difference in total phospholipids of different soybean varieties to deal with different phosphorus content of total phospholipids of no difference.
