内容摘要:决策树方法已被广泛的应用到工程管理中。但由于工程项目自身所具有的特点, 决策树在这个领域的应用受到很大的局限。本文从资金的时间价值的角度出发, 在利用决策树方法进行项目决策时,分析了决策树存在的问题, 提出了在决策中如何考虑资金时间价值和灵敏度分析应注意的问题。
