摘要
近年来,东北地区小额信贷的发展再全国相对来说是处于领先的,这和东北地理,文化是是有密切关系,东北是老工业基地,在在老工业的发展中,农业是占很大的份量,任何一个行业的发展都离不开资金的扶持,农业是更需要自己支持的,庞大的人口,日益发展壮大的综合国力都里不开农业支持,而农村小额信贷就是农业发展的产物,是农民发展农业的重要基础。而小额信贷的大力发展也是更好的发展农业的基础,小额信贷的发展在东北虽然处于全国领先,但它的发展仍然存在很多问题。本文试图通过阅读大量的文献,并以东北地区小额信贷的发展为例来分析东北地区小额信贷在发展中所存在的问题,从而提出要更好的发展小额信贷应该从宣传,核定信贷额度,加强贷后管理等八个方面来加强。从而为更好的发展农业提供有力的保障。

But the jot credit vigorously development also is the betterdevelopment agriculture foundation, the jot credit development innortheast although is in the nation to be in the lead, but itsdevelopment still had very many problems. This article attemptsthrough the reading massive literature, and east of north the localjot credit development for regularly analyzes the northeast area jotcredit the question which exists in the development, thus proposedmust the better development jot credit be supposed from thepropaganda, to check credit volume, after strengthens the loan themanagement and so on eight aspects to strengthen.
