摘要:目的重复使用的器械在手术室自行处理,手术室清洗槽不够,清洁区污染区不分,人员未经过专业培训。手术室不具备自行处理重复使用后器械,客观上存在感染因素,针对主要原因,采取手术室供应室一体化管理,取得明显效果。分析普外科手术切口感染原因,采取有效的干预措施,降底感染率。方法向一把手汇报引起感染主要原因,采取多科联动,重复使用器械由消毒供应中心集中处理,器械清洗质量、包装质量、灭菌质量得到保证,普外科手术切口感染率下降。采用综合干预措施,针对存在感染可能的各个环节。结果影响普外科切口感染的主要原因是手术室自行处置使用后的器械,复用器械处理不规范,存在感染隐患,通过手术室供应室一体化管理,普外科手术切口感染率降低。结论手术室供应室一体化管理是降低普外科切口感染的主要原因。综合干预措施对降低普外科的切口感染是有效的。
