电力配电站是由一系列设备组成的电力系统,电能在其中转换、分配、联络、变压、转换。一个配电站包括各类设备:变压器、断路器、负荷开关、母线、电流互感器、电压互感器等。
配电站是一种综合设施,它可以从分支输电网到初级配电网对电压进行切换和调节。最重要的是,由于配电站的存在,一部分配电站设备的损坏,或一条通向配电站的电缆切断,都不会引起全局的供电故障。
本文是对10千伏变电站电气部分的设计。在设计中,我们运用经济及技术比较的方法来确定变电站的电气主接线,运用短路电流实用计算法来进行短路电流计算。通过查阅设计手册和技术规程对主要设备和导体以及电气总平面布置和高压配电装置进行了设计和选择。
该变压室设有2台主变压器,采用单母线结构及单母线分段的结构。进行了电气主接线图形式的论证、短路电流计算、主要电气设备选择及校验(包括断路器、负荷开关、隔离开关、电流互感器、电压互感器),同时介绍了继电保护的设计整定等相关方面的知识。

ABSTRACT
The electric power substation is an assembly of equipment in an electric power system through which electrical energy is passed for transmission, distribution, interconnection, transformation, or switching. A substation includes a variety of equipment: transformers, circuit breakers, load break switch, bus-bars, current transformers, potential transformers, and so on.
The distribution substation is an assemblage of equipment for purpose of switching, changing, and regulating the voltage from subtranmission to distribution. More important substations are designed so that the failure of a piece of equipment in the substation or one of the subtranmission lines to the substation will not cause an interruption of power to the load.
This paper introduces the design of main electricity system about the 10KV substation,and return fish-eye an electricity lord to connect the line diagram to take into the elucidation at the same time. We utilize the means of economy and paring to select main electricity connect of the 10KV substation, pute short current by the means of practical short current’pute in the design . We design and select main equipment and conductor、work、plan of site and high voltage distribution equipment through checking designing handbook and technical code .
