CCH片式高压瓷介电容器在电路设计中得到广泛应用,需求庞大。由于第一代的效果不太好,厂家希望对这个生产线进行一些结构优化,以提高设备精度和生产效率。本论文的主要工作就是对该生产线的芯片上料部分进行结构设计,优化上料机构,把原生产线上料装置的单线上料改成双线同时上料,并对相关结构进行改进。例如:在电容芯片吸放机构部分增加两条导轨,吸放装置的改进,各装置的布局设置等。最后达到减少工序,延长设备使用寿命,提高设备精度和生产效率的目的。本课题的创新点主要就在于把单线上料改成双线上料,便于双线同时运输及同时吸放,使上料所用时间减少了将近一半,效率提高一倍。

Abstract
H high Voltage Ceramic Capacitors are widely used in the electric circuit design. The requirement is huge. Factories hope to carry on some structure changes to this production line, to improve equipment accuracy and production efficiency. This paper re-designs the automatic material supply device, to make the device work better, change the original one-line material supply device into two-line material supply device, and carry on an improvement to related structures. For example, add a fuse tense device, improve the cut off device, change the layout constitution of each device and so on. Eventually reduce work steps, improve equipment accuracy and production efficiency. The main contribution lies in changing the one-line material supply device into two-line material supply device. It can be easy to transport and cut by two lines at the same time. It saves half of the material supply time.
