摘要
齿轮是机械行业的重要基础条件,其加工制造水平很大程度上体现了一个。齿轮加工数控技术的研究,有助于提高我,具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。
参数化编程是未来数控程序发展的一个重要方向,它可以为编程人员,特别是提供通用灵活、高效快捷的编程工具,加快数控编程对设计、工艺及生产计划变更的响应速度,减少程序差错率,从而可以提高数控加工效率和设备利用率。目前关于是面向数控加工中心的参数化编程方法已有较多的研究,但针对齿轮类零件的参数化编程方法的研究很少见到。
本毕业设计从实际应用出发,注重把机床、工件参数分配和编程语言相结合,学习并提出一种面向齿轮零件加工的参数化数控编程方法,开发一套可以支持参数化数控编程的原型系统,并形成若干个齿轮零件的参数化编程案例,从而为齿轮加工车间现场的工人提供一种简易、可靠的数控程序编制方法,降低数控程序编制对工人素质的要求,并提高程序编制效率。

ABSTRACT
Gear is an important foundation for ponents industry,whose processing and manufacturing level standards largely reflects a country's level of mechanical manufacturing. The research of gear numerical control processing can promote the level of our gear processing manufacturing technology. They both have important practical significance and theoretical significance.
The technology of parameters of programming give programming staff a flexible, fast and efficient programming tool, it accelerates numerical control programming for design、crafts、the response speed of changes in production plans , optimize digital processing code, reduction procedure error, simplify ban cutting process, shorten the first pieces of debugging time, significantly improve the overall efficiency of digital processing and equipment utilization. Improve the efficiency and quality of programming of NC, improved NC processing environment is very useful.
This topic stems from the practical application, focusing on the integration of the parameters of the distribution system within the machine tool and programming language, to achievement the goal of programming parameters. By an
