摘要
空气调节机的滑块厚度精度要求很高,相比传统的手工测量方法,采用自动检测系统可极大地降低人的劳动强度,提高检测效率,并能大大地减少检测出错率。根据滑块厚度检测的精度要求及特殊的翻面检测工序,设计了一套全自动的检测平台。文中详细介绍了检测平台的总体设计方案,该综合检测平台分成四大部分:控制平台分料机构、传感器、采集系统及控制系统。针对上述四大部分探讨了检测平台、分料机构及控制系统的功能要求、工作原理、设计方法、实现方法及可行性,并对各分系统的关键件进行了选型分析。按课题要求对全系统分别进行了设计、加工、调试,经联调检测证明了系统的设计是符合要求的。

Abstract
The slipper , which is one of the significant accessory of an air condition , has a great strict requirement in dimensional precision. In order to improve the efficiency, decrease the error effectively and reduce the intensity of labor, it is important to develop an automatic measuring system to substitute for traditional hand work. According to some particular procedure and the demand for strict precision, this fully-automatic measuring platform was designed. This paper introduces the whole design program in detail. The synthetical measuring posed of four parts: measuring system, sorting mechanism, sensor and selecting system, control system. In connection with the four parts , not only the measuring system, sorting mechanism and the function requirement but also working principle, the way of design and realization were touched . The model of important apparatus were selected by analysis and calculation. On the basis of requirement of the task, the work of design, process and shakedown test were done. It proved that the design of measuring platform was conformed to the initial requirement
