本设计主要完成矿车变频牵引控制系统的PLC系统设计和组态设计。PLC系统采用施耐德公司的Quantum系列作为主控制器,完成对电动机、变频器等被控对象的控制,可以实现对矿车的监控,同时为了保证系统的可行性采用远程I/O。组态设计使用组态王完成,能够实现上位监控功能。使用编程软件完成许多控制功能让车前进、后退等等。
PLC程序设计借助于Concept软件中的仿真器,不需要使用实际硬件,即可对程序功能进行测试,可以减少现场调试的工作量。

Abstract
This design pletes design the PLC system and configuration of the frequency converter control system of the mineral car. The PLC system takes Quantum series of adopting which produced by Schneider as the master controller, finishes the target of control the motor, frequency converter, etc. and realizes the control to the machine of the mineral car. At the same time, it takes the long range I/O for the dependability of the system. The configuration is designed and finished under the environment of kingview and can realize such functions puter’s supervise and control, etc. The usage pletes many control functions to let the mineral car go forward, retreat...etc.
Depending on the artificial device in concept software we do not need to use the real hardware, which says that it can test the function of the procedure and reduce the debug in the field.
