摘要
随着我国社会和经济的高速发展,环境问题日益突出,尤其是城市水环境的恶化,加剧了水资源的短缺,影响着人民群众的身心健康,已经成为城市可持续发展的严重制约因素。
水是生命之源,是人类生存和发展的必要条件,随着人口的增加,社会的发展,饮用水源受到不同程度的污染。为了实现可持续发展,必须加强对污水源的控制。
然而,人类社会在工业化的进程中大量消耗水资源的同时,排出污水,污染河湖,危害环境,造成严重后果。根据环保部门的观测分析,我国地表水水体污染主要来自于工业和城镇,因此建设污水处理厂是其中关键所在。
Abstract
Along with our country society's and the economical high speed development, the environment question is day by day prominent, the city water environment worsening, intensified in particular the water resources shortage, is affecting people's physical and moral integrity, already became the city sustainable development the serious restriction factor. The water is a origin of life, is the human survival and the development essential condition, along with the population increase, society's development, drinks the water source to receive the varying degree the order to realize the sustainable development, must strengthen to the sewage source control. However, the human society disappears massively during the industrialization advancement water consumption resources, discharges the sewage, the pollution river lake, the harm environment, creates the serious to environmental protection department's observation analysis, our country surface water water body pollution es from the industry and the cities, therefore the construction sewage treatment plant is key is at.
前言
水是生活和生产中不可缺少,不可替代的宝贵资源;是人类社会可持续发展的重要因素。由于人类活动的加剧以及人类对水资源、水污染、污水再生与回用认识上存在一些误区,使得许多城市原有水资源不敷所用,许多地区进入水环境的污染超过其环境容量,从而导致水体污染;加上对水污染的防治失调和对再生水未合理回用,最终引发城市水荒的加剧。可以说城市污水污染导致用水资源失调的连锁反应是造成城市水危机的实质问题之一,而城市污水再生和再生污水回用是解决危机的有效途径之一。
我国是一个水资源匮乏的国家,总量不足,时空分布不均。近20年来,随着我国经济的高速发展,水资源问题日趋严重。尽管最近几年来我国政府加大了污水处理的投资力度,在污水治理方面有了长足的发展,研究出了许多污水处理新工艺、新技术,并新建了近百座城市污水处理厂,提高了我,缓解了一些污染状况,但不可否认的是,水环境污染所造成的水危害已经严重制约了的提高。
解决水资源短缺和水污染的一个重要途径是在于水处理。即要考虑到技术可靠、经济合理,又要最大限度的保护人类不受污染,有利于国民经济的全面发展。因此,在充分掌握原始资料的基础上,根据国家的建设方针,城市污水的水质和水量,排放标准等,进行周密而详细的调查,分析比较,防止二次污染,将各种处理方法根据其各自特点有机的结合起来,从而选定适宜的城市污水处理流程。
