摘要
旅游业是目前最大而且发展最为迅速的产业。随着新世纪的到来,旅游业在全国各地都得到了不同程度的开发与利用。
在攀枝花,格萨拉景区已成为不可忽略的一大旅游景点。格萨拉景区开发存在着很多的优势条件,比如说优势旅游资源、便利的交通条件、开明的政府政策等等。与此同时,其目前也存在着景区服务设备不完善,餐饮、娱乐方面服务质量较差,景区工作人员文化素质偏低等问题。针对这些问题,本文作者从改善景区设施、提高服务质量和员工素质、开发特色旅游、推销景区旅游产品等几个方面提出了自己的解决方案,进而得出格萨拉旅游开发前景一片乐观的结论。

Abstract
Tourism is the greatest industry at present which develops rapidly. Nowadays, the tourism in each place all obtains a rapid development in different degrees.
In Panzhihua, Gesala has e an important scenic spot which cannot be neglected. There are many favorable factors to develop the tourism in Gesala, such as superior traveling resources, convenient transportation, enlightened government policy and so on. At the same time, there are many problems in Gesala at present which include the imperfect equipment; the worse service and entertainment devices; the poor education of the staffs. Facing to these problems, the author of this article proposes his own solution to improve the facility of scenic spot, to enhance the service quality of the staffs, to develop the tourism with special characteristics,to sell the traveling product and so on. Then the sound conclusion is drawn, that is, there is an optimistic prospect of development in Gesala .

绪论
旅游业是目前全球最大的产业。1997年12月,世界旅游组织在土耳其会议上发表的《旅游业:2020年前瞻》中预测:到2020年,,成为世界第一旅游目的地。(J Christopher Holloway,2004)近年来,我国随着进一步的改革开放和国民经济的持续而稳定的发展以及加入WTO,旅游业已成为发展最快的产业之
