摘要:塑料制品已在工业,农业,国防和日常生活中的方方面面得到了广泛应用。特别是在电子行业中则更为突出。电子产品的外壳大部分都是塑料制品,产品性能的提高就要求有高素质的塑料模具以及塑料性能,成型工艺和制品的设计。
本课题是一个关于电子产品的盒盖制件的模具设计。研究的重点是模具工艺设计和结构设计的过程,包括型腔数的确定、型腔和型芯尺寸的计算、浇注系统的设计、浇口套的选择、分型面与排气系统的设计、合模导向和脱模结构的设计、Pro/Engineer的介绍、工艺方案的制定和成型件的工艺计算、主要零部件的结构分析计算及其标准的选用、Pro/E的实体造型过程以及装配和爆炸图的生成等。
本课题中详尽地描述了塑料模具的具体设计过程,首先简明概述该设计的背景知识,接下来进行工艺的计算,然后在工艺计算的基础上对凸、凹模工作部分尺寸进行计算,以便选择其它零件,最后使用在现代设计中应用最广的软件Pro/E对零件进行三维造型、装配和生成爆炸图。

Abstract: The plastic products are widely used in the area of industry, agriculture, national defense and daily life. Especially in the electronics industry was highlighted.
