不同发泡剂对橡胶发泡行为及力学性能的研究

摘要
通过在天然橡胶中加入白陶土、促进剂TT、硫磺,ZNO,SA,并改变不同发泡剂种类(AC、OBSH)及含量,在密炼机和开炼机中混炼,研究不同发泡剂对天然橡胶发泡行为及力学性能的影响,实验结果表明:使用OBSH发泡剂制得的发泡橡胶泡孔较细且较均匀,且泡孔密度适中,在其含量为3份时,其泡孔密度为9×106个/cm3,泡孔直径为93μm,泡孔直径标准差为10μm,;压缩永久变形明显小于使用AC发泡剂的发泡橡胶,且在含量为3份时效果最佳,其压缩永久变形量为17%,冲击回弹55%,邵尔硬度为40.

Abstract
Through the in natural rubber with white clay, promoting agents TT, sulphur, ZNO, SA, and change the different types of foaming agent (AC, OBSH) and content, in close mixing mill and open in mixing mill mixed refine, study of natural rubber, foaming different foaming agent behavior and the mechanics properties of, the experimental results show that by using OBSH made foam rubber foaming agent bubble hole is fine and is even, and the bubble hole density moderate, in its content is three parts, the bubble hole density for 9 x 106 a/cm2, bubble hole diameter for 93 μm, bubble hole diameter standard deviation of 10 μm, apparent density of g/pression permanent deformation is smaller than the foam rubber using AC foaming agent, and in content is 3 of the best effect, pression permanent deformation is 17%, and the shock rebound 55%, ShaoEr hardness is 40.
