摘要
随着社会公众对医疗保健要求的提高和国家医疗制度改革的深化,信息技术在医疗卫生领域的运用越来越广泛,构建社会公众医疗信息共享系统,共享网络信息资源已成为解决看病难、看病贵的重要措施。但是在的网络的传输储存过程中,资源共享的保密性不够,导致病人信息泄露等问题。为了共享信息的安全,出现了数字水印技术。在区域医疗信息共享领域中,数字水印技术主要用变换域算法对共享信息进行处理、加密等操作。这种技术对现行的共享网络信息资源的安全性有很大提高。
本文提出了一种基于一种基于DCT 变换的数字图像水印算法。该水印算法首先对原始载体图像进行分块,再分别对各子块进行DCT变换而获得各子块的DCT变换系数;然后各子块的DCT变换系数进行量化,来计算量化步长,以量化步长来选择水印的嵌入位置。对水印图像进行置乱并降维,把水印嵌入到每一子块的选出的直流系数或低频交流系数中,嵌入算法采用自适应量化的方法。实验结果表:明这种算法具有较好的性能,实现的水印的盲提取,而且具有较好的鲁棒性。

Abstract
Along with the social public to the improvement of medical health care for a national health care system and the deepening of the reform of the, Information technology in health care is used widely in the field, the construction of the social public medical information sharing system, work information resources has e solve difficulties in getting the important measures and high cost. But in work of the transmission storage process, the resources sharing of secrecy is not enough, cause the patient information leakage. In order to share information security, the emergence of a digital watermarking technology. In the regional medical information sharing in the field, digital watermarking algorithm to transform mainly with share information processing, encryption operation. The technology of the existing information resources work security has improved a lot.
This paper put forward based on a DCT based on digital image watermarking algorithm of transformation. The watermarking algorithm firstly, the original carrier image region, and of the son respectively block DCT transform and obtained the son of DCT block transform coefficient; Then the sons of block DCT quantization transform coefficient, to calculate quantization step length, to quantify step length to choose the embedding position.
