文档介绍:摘要
本设计中所加工的大型筒体为潜艇上的零件。筒体内径范围2600mm~2800mm,高度范围600mm~2400mm,筒体厚度60mm。专机用于坡口的加工,以便后续的焊接加工。
结构总体设计的阶段必须遵守明确、简单、安全、可靠的四项基本原则。所选择的结构应能明确无误的,可靠的实现预期的功能,被设计的产品所处的工作状况必须明确。设计结构时所依据的工作原理必须明确,才能可靠的实现能量流,物料流和信号流的转换和传导。由于筒体用于军事设备,属于单件小批量生产,且结构尺寸较大,基于筒件的加工难点和加工技术要求,选择占地面积小,装卸容易的立式母线定位加工方案。该方案采用筒体由中心支撑固定,旋转的加工头由母线定位,旋转一周完成一端坡口加工。
为了方便后续加工,坡口切割采用等离子切割方式进行坡口和端面的加工,并选取切割速度快、切缝窄、切口光洁、体积小、重量轻、高速节能的LGK系列空气等离子切割机加工,既能保证加工效率,又能保证其加工质量。此外,根据内外割炬角度调整装置即刻度盘角度调节机构调整等离子切割头的倾斜角度可以实现不同坡口角度的加工,可以保证加工技术所要求的坡口加工角度范围。

Abstract
Numeric control aluminous-winding machine is an automatic machine used to produce aluminous swing piece tube utilizing electromotor, hydraulic pressure equipment. Aluminous swing piece tube is a heat-ponent exchanging heat utilizing the aluminous piece which is enwound on the surface of a metal tube. It is admitted nationally and internationally nowadays that the swing piece tube is the most advanced power-saving product in heat-exchanging area, and a high efficient heat-ponent. Based on the basic situation of its producing equipment nationally and internationally, designed a numeric control aluminous-winding machine, in this paper, and mainly introduced the working principle of this equipment, the structure design and the 3D modeling of winding mechanism of the aluminous-winding machine.
It briefly introduced the background of the product in prolegomenon, and then stated the overall design, and the part design, the design of 3D model assembling, mechanism movement simulation of numeric control aluminous-winding machine based on bined the main characteristics of CATIA
and the introduction of CATIA V5 all a looks, it simply introduce typical model spare parts ,organization of 3D design set up mold ,assemblication and application CATIA to carry on NC numeric control aluminous-winding machine
