本文介绍了一种由AT89C51单片机构成的医院输液监控系统。对系统如何实现自动检测、自动报警等功能也做了详细的分析与研究。本系统利用光电传感器采集点滴的有无,AT89C51作为中央处理器进行信号分析与处理,结合输液传感器、小型步进电动机、LCM103液晶显示、键盘等组成的智能监控输液系统,实现了输液过程的自动监控。信号传感方式采用了发光二极管和三极管。自行设计出适用于多种输液滴速监控器,给出了各个功能模块的逻辑框图。然后,就此系统的核心传感器的设计进行了详细的介绍,系统地分析了传感器的物理特性与信号检测的关系,并结合实际需要设计出满足后期信号处理的适用于多种输液液体的传感器。当点滴的速度低于或高于设定值时,单片机发出控制信号,进行相应调节。当有人按下报警按钮时,与单片机相连I/O口输出高电平,也触发蜂鸣器报警,提醒医护人员和输液病人采取相应措施,避免事故发生。整个装置的线路简单,制作方便,经济实用。
