随着MRPII、ERP的兴起,残酷的市场竞争是现在几乎所有企业面临的最大挑战,同时也给善于运用科学手段完善经营管理体制的企业带来了机会。企业只有将生产计划管理与市场营销管理、产品研发管理、生产计划管理、质量管理、物流管理、财务管理等相结合才能够对有限的资源进行周密的计划,提高企业竞争力。而企业建模为企业提供了一个全新的经营管理模式。因此本文基于IDEF0方法建立订单型生产企业模型,为订单型企业提供了一个框架结构,以确保企业应用系统与业务流程紧密配合,从而帮助企业达到TQCS要求。最后本文结合订单型企业生产计划中存在的实际问题,通过对生产计划系统进行详细的企业建模分析,得出具体的优化方案。

Abstract
With the rise of MRPII, ERP, now almost all enterprises are facing petition in the market as the biggest challenge, but it is also the opportunity to use scientific methods to improve the management system of enterprises. Only through bination of the production planning management, marketing management, product development management, production planning management, quality management, logistics management and financial management can be able to carry out a detailed plan with limited resources to improve petitiveness of enterprises. The enterprise modeling provides enterprises with a new management mode. In this paper, an IDEF0 based functional model for the order -based enterprises to provide a framework to ensure that enterprise applications working closely with business processes to panies achieve the requirements of TQCS. Finally, the paper based on the practical problems of production planning system and conducts a detailed analysis of enterprise modeling, and then gives a specific optimization scheme of production plan.

背景
21世纪的制造企业面临着日益激烈的国际竞争,要想赢得市场、赢得用户就必须全面提高企业的T(时间)、Q(质量)、C(成本)、S(服务)、E(环境)的能力。通过实践,企业决策者们逐渐认识到,企业建模是一种全新的企业经营管理模式,它可为企业提供一个框架结构,是当前帮助企业不断缩短产品开发时间(Time)、提高产品质量(Quality)、降低成本(Cost)、提高服务层次(Service)的重要手段。
订单型生产企业背景
订单生产型企业是指根据实际客户订单要求安排生产活动的企业,客户对产品零部件的某些配置或产品的规格给出要求,生产商根据客户的要求进行生产或装配,按客户要求时间交货并获取利润的经营组织。
这些都说明订单生产企业在生产物流组织上受客户订单影响较高,物流持续性低;在生产成本控制上受订单批次品种和数量影响,品种少、批量大时成本控制好,品种多、批量小时成本控制差。
订单型生产企业业务流程是市场为导向,紧紧围绕客户订单而展开的。通常是先接受客户订单,然后转化为生产定单,制订出生产计划;再通过发放物料,采购单采购物料;最后,依据生产计划来组织车间任务的生产,直至完成成品入库及产品发送等最后步骤。
