Simulation on Motion System of Winding Machine
Based on MATLAB
Abstract
With the wide application of Fibreglass-Reinforced Plastics (FRP) pipelines in
the transportation of liquids, the performance of manufacturing equipment of FRP—
—fibre winding machine gradually attracts more and more attention. As an
indispensable part of winding machine, the carriage directly affects the efficiency of
winding machine. The carriage is driven by Permanent Synchronous Motor
(PMSM). During the working process, the friction between the carriage and its orbit is
inevitable, but the friction is key factor affecting performance of PMSM at low
velocity. In this thesis, using MATLAB, simulation is carried out to analyze the
influence of friction on speed and position.
First of all, multivariable mathematical model of PMSM in three phase static
coordinate system is established. The motor model is simplified by adopting
coordinate transformation and the vector control theory of i d = 0 . plete but
simple mathematical model of PMSM in two phase rotary coordinate system is
