随着我国汽车工业的迅猛发展,人们开始日益重视道路交通安全问题,本文通过对车身控制器的功能需求分析,提出了汽车中控系统的总体设计方案。本文首先对汽车中控系统控制的模块具体实现的功能做介绍,接着以汽车防抱死制动一例为重点展开对汽车ABS控制器ECU的研究,解释了ABS系统的控制原理,在此基础上详细介绍了ABS的结构以及各部分的作用,对ABS的核心部件电子控制单元(ECU)进行了设计研究,对整个ABS的控制过程和逻辑进行了分析,设计了ABS中央控制器。系统由一个BCM主机和四个遥控器组成。采用具有低功耗、运行速度高、驱动能力强的单片机PICl6F887为主控芯片,在设计的过程中充分考虑系统的低功耗、低成本以及高可靠性等要求,设计了系统的硬件电路,完成了对车身状态采集电路、输出驱动电路、电源电路、无线接收电路和遥控发射等电路的控制设计。电子控制单元(ECU)采用MC9S12XS单片机,包括信号输入电路,控制输出电路,驱动显示电路等硬件部分。

With the rapid development of automobile industry in China ,people began growing attention to the problem of road traffic safety . this article on the function of controller of automobile body needs analysis ,proposed a design of module specific implementation of function do describes , then to car anti-hold died brake a cases for focus expand on car ABS controller ECU of research , explained has ABS system of control principle ,this Foundation Shang more describes has ABS of structure and the part of role , on ABS of part electronic unit ECU for has design research , on entire ABS of control process and logic for has analysis , design has ABS central controller . System posed of a BCM host and four remote control , With low power , high speed and driving ability of single chip PIC16F887 as the main chip , full consideration in the design process of the system of low power , low cost and high reliability requirements , design a system of hardware circuit , completed a body State circuit , wireless receiver and remote control design of emission circuit . Electronic control unit ECU MC9S12XS single chip , including signal input circuit to control output circuits , hardware parts such as drive display circuit .
