基于PSPICE的模数混合电路的诊断研究

摘要
本文研究了利用PSPICE仿真软件进行数模混合电路故障诊断的方法。首先简要介绍数模混合电路的故障诊断和PSPICE仿真软件。其次介绍了若干种电路故障诊断的方法:1、利用人工神经网络实现电路故障诊断的方法;2、利用噪声检测实现电路故障诊断的方法;3、利用磁场映像实现电路故障诊断的方法;4、利用DES理论实现电路故障诊断的方法;5、利用故障字典法实现电路故障诊断的方法。在根据具体的需要,选择了故障字典法实现电路故障诊断的方法。再介绍利用PSPICE仿真软件研究数模混合电路故障诊断的实用方法,结合具体的例子(七彩灯控制电路)进行说明,最后得出相应结论。

Abstract
In this paper using PSPICE simulation software mixed-signal circuit fault diagnosis method. This paper introduces mixed-signal circuit fault diagnosis and PSPICE simulation software. Secondly introduces several kinds of circuit fault diagnosis method: 1, using artificial work fault diagnosis method of realization circuit, 2, using the noise detection circuit fault diagnosis method of realization, 3, a ic field image realization circuit fault diagnosis method, 4, using the theory of DES circuit fault diagnosis method, 5, using the method of fault dictionary realization circuit fault diagnosis method. According to the specific needs of in the dictionary, fault fault diagnosis method of realization circuit. To introduce using PSPICE simulation software research mixed-signal circuit fault diagnosis method, combining the practical examples show that the specific corresponding conclusion finally.
