摘要
行星齿轮机构在各种机械中都有广泛的应用,因具有体积小、重量轻、传动比大和寿命长等优点,已经受到普遍的关注。国内外许多学者专家开展了大量的研究,已有了丰富的成果,并相继出版了某些专著。
本文系统而简要的阐述和分析了行星齿轮的工作原理和装配原理,并且以SolidWorks为平台,集中的讲述了行星齿轮的装配条件和过程进行了,并且对行星齿轮进行动态模拟仿真,相应的分析了在装配过程中出现的问题,并且对行星齿轮进行分析研究。同时,文中吸收了许多优秀的研究成果,谨致谢意。
本文运用规范的研究方法进行的专题研究。全文分为五个部分:第一部分,是对行星齿轮的现状及论文的主要内容进行了讲述;第二部分,分析了行星齿轮传动机构的介绍与分类;第三部分,分析了行星齿轮装配原则;第四部分,是对行星齿轮机构的实体建模与虚拟装配;第五部分,是生成齿轮机构的虚拟仿真。
本文主要创新体现在利用SolidWorks为平台,对行星齿轮进行了虚拟装配,能够缩短产品的研发周期,并且,还能够快速的发现产品在研发阶段出现的一些问题,便于对其进行快速的修改。

Abstract
In various mechanical, ary gear are widely used because of its small volume, light weight, transmission and long service life etc, and has received the widespread concern. Many domestic and foreign scholars and experts have conducted extensive research and have got abundant achievements, and have published some monographs.
This paper briefly and systematically analyzed the work principle and assembly principle of ary gear. Using SolidWorks as the platform, it studies the assembly process and conditions of ary gear, and carries out the dynamic simulation and analysis the corresponding problems in the assembly process. At the same time, it absorbed many outstanding results with gratitude.
This paper studies the project with a method of regulating research. it is divided into five parts: first, it discusses the status of ary gears and the main content of the paper; second, it tells about the description and classification of the ary gear mechanism; third, it describes the principle of the ary gear assembly, fourth, about the ary gear mechanism modeling and virtual assembly; Lastly, it is the virtual simulation.
It is an innovation for this paper to use the platform of SolidWorks for the virtual assembly, which can shorten the development cycle and quickly find some problems of the development stages.
