摘要
电动自行车由于轻便灵活、节能环保、价格适中而得到人们的广泛使用,成为人们短途出行的理想交通工具。同时中国具有世界上最庞大的自行车市场,电动自行车产业在中国有着非常广阔的应用前景。因此发展电动自行车具有良好的社会意义和客观的经济效益。
目前电动自行车的动力驱动主要是轮毂式无刷直流电动机。电动自行车控制器作为电动自行车的控制核心,是电动自行车的关键部件,与无刷直流电动机一起构成电动自行车的动力驱动系统,为了提高电动自行车的骑行舒适性、安全性,本文对电动自行车的动力驱动系统进行了深入的研究,并重点介绍了电动自行车控制器的功能构成和软件硬件设计。
本课题研制的电动自行车用无位置传感器直流无刷永磁电动机来驱动,用PIC16C74单片机作为主控芯片。它不仅克服了有刷直流电机的噪音、换向火花等缺点,而且避免了有位置传感器直流无刷电机因位置传感器带来的不足;同时,它降低了制造和使用过程中的成本,提高了使用和维护的方便性,具有效率高、环保、经济和方便的特点以及具有良好运行性能和巨大的市场潜力。

Abstract
The electric bicycles as light and flexible, energy saving, affordable and widely used by people, e the ideal short trip transport. Meanwhile, China has the world's largest bicycle market, the electric bicycle industry in China has a very broad application prospects. Therefore the development of electric bicycle has a good social significance and objective economic benefits.
Powered electric bicycles are nowadays mainly Wheel brushless DC motor. Electric bicycle controller as the control core of electric bicycle is a ponent of electric bicycles, and together with DC motor constitute the drive system of electric bicycles .In order to improve the electric bicycle fort, safety, the power driving system of electric bicycle is researched deeply in this article, and it also mainly introduces the function of the electric bicycle controller structure and software & hardware design.
This topic researched electric bicycle which uses sensorless brushless DC permanent motor to drive, with the PIC16C74 microcontroller as the master chip. Thus not only e the noise of brush DC motors, commutation spark ings, but also avoid the deficiency caused by a position sensor; at the same time, it reduces the costs of the process of manufacturing and using, improves the convenience of use and maintenance, and it is high efficiency, environmental protection, economy and convenient characteristic with good performance characteristics and huge m
