摘要
伺服技术是数字光盘技术的一项重要内容,它广泛应用于家用数字光盘播
放机(如 CD, VCD, DVD 机等)、光盘存储驱动器(如 CD-ROM,DVD-ROM 等)等
方面。
本论文主要研究了决定 CD 唱机读盘能力的两种关键的伺服技术:聚焦伺
服技术和循迹伺服技术。聚焦伺服和循迹伺服的基本作用就是保证光盘播放机
始终准确地拾取高速旋转的光盘上的信息,将其无误地传送给后端进行处理。
实际上要做到这一点非常困难,有人形象地将其比喻为在距离地面几千米的高
度以超过音速几倍的速度驾驶战斗机准确地击中地面上的甲虫。
研究 CD 唱机时,必须知道光盘的物理结构、信号的记录方式及拾取方
式,明确激光拾取头和机械传动的机构特性,了解各种外部干扰。只有全面考
虑到了上述诸多复杂因素,才可能设计出满意的 CD 唱机来。
本文的主要内容安排如下:
(1)首先研究了数字光盘的结构和记录方式,指出了光盘本身影响聚焦伺服
和循迹伺服的主要因素。
(2)研究光学拾取头的基本原理和光盘信号拾取原理,简要分析了实际的光
学头聚焦伺服和循迹伺服的机械结构。
(3)研究聚焦伺服和循迹伺服的原理,包括误差信号的产生原因,检测方
法。
(4)介绍松下伺服芯片组。
(5)提出采用松下伺服芯片组构成伺服控制系统的方案。
(6)系统软件的简单开发。

Computer auxiliary memory's research
Abstract
Servo is an important subject of Digital Disk Technology. It is applied todigital
optical disk player for home (such as CD, Video-CD and DVD playeretc.) and optical
memory driver (For example, CD-ROM,DVD-ROM etc.)and so on.
This paper has decided to study the ability of the CD jukebox Dupan two key
Servo Technology: Focus servo technology and Tracking servo technology.
Highlights servo tracking servo and the basic role is to ensure that CD players always
accurately pick up high-speed rotation of the information on CD-ROM, its
unmistakably sent to the back-end processing. To achieve this in fact very difficult, it
was the image to be likened to several thousand meters from the high ground over the
speed of sound several times the speed of driving and accurately hit the fighters on the
ground beetle.
On CD players, We must to know the physical structure and signals in the
recording mode and pick up of CD-ROM,clear mechanical transmission of the body
and the optical pickup head,and understand all kinds of external interference. Only full
consideration to the plex factors, can be satisfied with the design to the CD
jukebox.
