Abstract
Throughout weighing technology has been highlighted by people. With economic
development and flourish, more and more requirements to weighing had been put
forward and people hope put weighing into production technology to realize weighing
process automation .For this reason electronic technology has been widely used in
weighing man-faction. So electronic e out.
How quickly and accurately the on-line packing is on the finished product
quantitatively is an important link among the large-scale and efficiency production.
Automatically steelyard pare according to the initial measurement value and
the feedback value of the actual quantity. If system can do it just like this, if it is able
plete the mission of large-scale and high-efficiency automation production,
replace plicated hand-operation and improve the production efficiency. The
system’s dependability, calculation accuracy and speed are important indexes to
measure automatic steelyard. Under the prerequisite of the system’s dependability and
accuracy, how to improve the calculation speed is the key of realizing high-
