摘要
本文阐述了水蓄冷技术将夜间电网多余的谷段电力与水的显热相结合来蓄冷,并在白天用电高峰时段使用蓄藏的低温冷冻水提供空调用冷。水蓄冷空调系统相对于常规空调的特点:缓解电力紧张状况; 均衡电网负荷, 起到削峰填谷的目的; 利用低谷电价, 节省运行费用; 如果在峰值负荷时间短且明显大时, 可缩小制冷设备装机容量, 降低初投资费用。
讲述了用科学计算法,分别计算出水蓄冷空调和常规电制冷空调在不同情况下的电量使用和电费。从而对制冷站水蓄冷和常规电制冷空调系统方案的经济性能比较,得出水蓄冷空调系统虽然运行费用低,但对于峰谷电价差优势不明显的地区应用还是有限。使得水蓄冷空调能够在工业上得到更好的运用。

Abstract
This paper expounds water storage technology for the valley night grid redundant power and water bined to cold storage, and use of electricity in the daytime rush of storage temperature of cooling water provides air conditioning with cold. Water storage air-conditioning system characteristics of conventional air conditioning relative ease tense situation; power: Power load balance, cutting peak and valley of purpose, Using low price, save the operation cost, If in short time and the peak load, narrow refrigeration equipment installed capacity can reduce initial investment, cost.
With puting method about, and separately calculated the cool-storage air conditioning water and conventional electricity refrigeration and air conditioning in the different situations and electricity power use. Thus for refrigeration standing water storage and conventional power of refrigeration and air conditioning system, economic parison of water storage air conditioning system, while low operating cost, but for peak cereal electrovalency difference advantage is not obvious application areas are limited. Make water storage air conditioning can get better in industrial application.
