摘要:自进入二十一世纪以来,我国的建筑行业飞速发展,大量的建筑工程投资公司和建筑承建公司出现。随之而来的是建筑市场日趋激烈的竞争,企业要想生存必须要保证建筑工程的高质量、高标准。施工管理创新无疑是增强企业竞争力的关键。文章详细探讨了工程项目施工管理创新方面的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。

Abstract: The civil engineering is closely related with people's production and life, has the important meaning to the construction quality management of civil engineering. Because the civil construction of the construction quality requirements are relatively high, in order to ensure and improve the overall quality of civil engineering construction, key technology to be master of civil construction, and continue to strengthen the management of construction project, in order to ensure the overall quality of the civil engineering. Based on this point, this paper first analyzes the construction technology of civil engineering, and puts forward measures of civil construction project management. This paper study to the construction quality of civil engineering projects in China increased to give some help.

1 引言
整个建筑工程项目的参与者主要包括项目投资方(甲方)和项目承建方(乙方),以及工程监理单位。甲方是整个工程项目的的出资方,是工程项目的受益方和决策者,因此,项目的质量关系着其命脉。所以建筑工程的施工管理创新是每个业主所深度考虑和研究的问题。乙方作为项目承建单位对工程项目质量的作用更是起着决定性的作用。
2 甲方在建筑工程项目中的管理方法创新
