摘要
本文通过办公空间现状的分析, 比较了科技与文化对设计的影响,在办公空间设计上,进行了对空间形式、色彩、光和家具等方面的探讨,总结归纳出办公空间设计中的人性化特征。并从未来办公空间的生态化和人性化发展趋势、生活与办公空间一体化倾向、智能化倾向、新办公文化倾向、功能复合化倾向、未来办公家具等方面分析了未来办公空间的发展趋势。

ABSTRACT
Through analysis of the status quo, compared the design of technology and culture on the impact of office space in the design, a form of space, color, light and furniture, and other aspects of the study, summarized the design of office space in the human characteristics. And the future office space from the ecological and human development trends, the living and office space integration tendency, intelligent orientation, the new office and cultural orientation, the tendency plex functions, the future of office furniture, and other aspects of office space in the future trend of development.

引言
21世纪的科技进步和市场经济的迅速发展,使人们对空间环境的认识和要求发生了根本的变化,特别是面对激烈的市场竞争,工作节奏的加快,人们的办公时间不断延长,对现代办公空间环境的设计要求变得越来越高,工作环境的舒适与否也变得越来越重要,甚至于个人的身份、心理需求与态度、工作方式等,在空间环境的设计中,也成为人们要求的一部分。
