摘要
近几年来,上海基本建设发展很快,电信基础建设也蓬勃发展,光缆埋设的数量和
长度随之增加,同时随着市政建设的发展,光缆改道以及光缆资料更改也日益增多,线
路改道搬迁和光缆的地理信息的数据量也越来越大。传统的管理方式――资料图纸的手
工书写和查询,已经不能适应当今的通信要求。尤其是当光缆发生故障时,不能及时准
确的进行故障定位,延误抢修时间,造成经济损失及社会影响。
基于以上的原因,为适应新形势的发展和满足现代通信的要求,我们设计并实现了
基于地理信息的光缆管理系统。该系统以地理信息(电子地图)为平台,科学,高效的
实现了光缆的管理工作,对大量数据的合理管理,使光缆信息的增、改、查询更加便捷,
节约了人力物力。故障定位更加及时准确,大大缩短了维护时间。取得了明显的经济效
益及社会影响。
光缆线路综合管理系统采用模块化和程序化设计方法,把整个系统划分为数据层、
控制层和功能层,这样的模块化设计方法使设计更为简单,查询错误更加方便。本文通
过对每个模块抽丝剥茧、层层细化的研究方法,完成了事先确定的地理信息系统功能。
本系统使用了大量的数据表。我们通过对数据库的深入分析,使我们设计出的数据
表包含的信息非常完整,同时又非常简洁好用。通过对数据库外键的设定,又可以保证
各数据表的统一性和完整性。有了准确可靠的数据结构,使系统的设计非常顺利

Abstract
These years,basic construction in Shanghai develops is the the
munication. Along with it, the number of the optical cable, government
construction, optical cable’s changing-way, data of optical cable all e
more. Traditional management, manually record and query, has been disable to
adapt the demands of unication now. Especially when the optical cable
broken, it will delay time and make economic losses if we can’t orient the point
of trouble exactly.
Basing on these reasons, we will design a system named Optical Cable
Management System based on GIS. This system takes GIS(electronic map)as
platform, and realizes the management of optical cable and mass data
scientifically. And it’ll make the change of optical cable information more
conveniently and find fault more true.
The system adopts modularization programmer method. We split the whole
system to data layer, control layer and function layer. This method makes design
more easier, finding fault more quickly. This text analyzes each modu
