基于 PROFIBUS 现场总线技术智能转换器的开发

摘要
PROFIBUS 是一种国际性、开放式、不依赖于设备生产商的现场总线
标准。在制造业、流程工业和楼宇、交通电力自动化等领域得到广泛应
用。随着通讯技术、可靠性技术不断发展,智能化多功能的低压电器产
品成为国内外厂商研发及生产的对象。本论文研究的是基于 PROFIBUS 现
场总线技术的智能转换器,它可以方便的让智能化多功能的低压电器设
备成为 PROFIBUS 现场总线网络上的一个节点,实现企业电力电气设备的
网络控制。
现场设备通信最重要的是实时性,PROFIBUS-DP 是 PROFIBUS 协议结
构中的底层结构, 由于具有可靠性好、通信速率高、成本低等特点,被
应用于现场设备信号的高速传送,它可将现场设备连接到网络上。论文
详细分析了 PROFIBUS-DP 的技术特点、系统的特征和结构,分析
PROFIBUS-DP 专用协议芯片 SPC3 的技术特点,对基于 PROFIBUS 现场总线
技术的智能转换器硬件电路的设计和软件程序的设计进行了详细说明。
网络通信协议是正确传送数据的保证。本论文结合智能化多功能低
压电器定义的专用通信协议,根据智能转换器的通信协议,对如何实现
通信功能作了分析。本论文还对智能转换器系统的仿真调试进行了简单
说明,确保开发产品正常运行。

ABSTRACT
PROFIBUS is a field-bus standard that it is international, opened, and
doesn’t depend on equipment producer. It is used widely in the manufacture
automation, flow industry and building automation, traffic and electrical
power automation etc. Continuously development munication
technology and reliability technology, the low-voltage switch with
intelligence and muilt-function has been production that most of domestic and
overseas manufacture is researching and developing. This paper studies how
to develop intelligent transition based on PROFIBUS field-bus. When the
intelligent transition is made use of in the PROFIBUS field-bus, the
intelligent and muilt-function is expediently e a node of PROFIBUS
