摘要
随着网络技术的发展,网络的规模和网络元素的复杂度越来越大。
为了保证网络整体的运行效率和性能,必须对网络进行管理。一个功能
完整、结构灵活的网络管理系统是网络整体性能的保障。
电信网络管理系统自产生至今已经经历了面向维护的阶段、面向管
理的阶段和面向经营的三个阶段。随着 SOA ( Service Oriented
Architecture)面向服务架构的提出,电信网络管理系统也随着实际应用
的需要,向面向服务的阶段发展。
本文首先对电信网络管理系统的概念及发展趋势做了简要的概述;
然后介绍了传统电信网络管理系统的架构,并分析了在当前网络环境中
传统架构的缺陷。针对复杂网络结构的多样化功能需求,引入 SOA 的
概念,介绍了 SOA 的特点及其研究状况。在此基础上,提出了基于 SOA
的网络管理系统架构模型,并采用 Web Service 技术,给出了基于 SOA
网络管理系统的实现方案。同时,将上述网络管理系统模型应用于所承
担的国家 863 计划项目“国家高性能宽带信息示范网()——上
海试验基地(古北)接入网架构和网络管理系统研究”之中,开发了一
个新型的基于 SOA 和 Web Service 技术的接入网网络管理系统并将其应
用于实验工程。
实际应用表明,基于 SOA 的网络管理系统架构具有良好的适应性、
可扩展性和模块重用性。所开发的网络管理系统具有高可靠性、稳定性、
易操作性。

ABSTRACT
Along with work techniques development, work’s scale
work elements e much plicated. In order to
guarantee the work’s efficiency and performance, network must be
managed. work management system, pleted functions and
flexible structure, is the guarantee of the work’s performance.
work management system has passed the
maintenance oriented phase, management oriented phase, business oriented
phase. As the new architecture—SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
coming up, in order to meet the requirements of practical applications,
work management system is also developed towards
service oriented phase.
This thesis will firstly introduce work
management system’s definition and development trend in brief; secondly
summarize conventional work management system’s
architecture and analyze its deficiencies in the work environment.
According to work structure and various function
requirements demand, SOA is introduced, along with its traits and the
current research situation. Bases on these theories, a SOA work
management system architecture is proposed. The implement scheme is also
designed by deploying Web Service technologies. Lastly, applies the
proposed Web
