基于虚拟样机技术的汽车座椅悬挂系统设计方法研究
摘要
随着我国汽车工业的迅猛发展,人们对汽车的乘坐舒适性及安全性方
面的要求越来越高。而汽车座椅是影响汽车安全性及舒适性的重要部件
之一,而座椅悬挂系统则是汽车座椅总成中起关键作用的核心组件。我
国汽车座椅悬挂系统还仅仅停留在很简单的设计阶段,座椅悬挂系统的
设计和研发手段还相当落后,研发座椅悬挂系统费时、耗资,同时由于国
内尚未制定相关的座椅悬挂系统舒适性和疲劳可靠性的标准,因此急需
研究利用虚拟样机技术,系统地建立汽车座椅结构座椅悬挂系统舒适性
和疲劳可靠性建模与试验验证方法。
论文系统地研究了汽车座椅的悬挂系统的结构和虚拟设计方法,在以
下三个方面做出了详细的研究:
1. 结合上海通用某型换代轿车座椅悬挂系统,基于座椅悬挂系统舒
适性原理,通过中国虚拟人体模型,利用人体体压分布理论,实
现了汽车座椅悬挂系统的人体压力分布仿真建模和计算,并通过
人体压力分布试验进行验证改进,为座椅静态特性研究奠定了基
础;
2. 建立座椅悬挂系统静态特性有限元模型,并通过相关的力学试验

对该座椅悬挂系统力学特性有限元模型进行验证;在静态特性有
限元分析的基础上建立了疲劳仿真分析模型,同时通过疲劳可靠
性试验对模型进行了验证,并通过扩展试验来验证该方法的准确
性;
3. 将论文的方法应用在座椅按摩悬挂系统上,并总结出一种实用、
有效的建模及设计方法。

RESEARCH OF DESIGN METHOD OF AUTOMOBILE
SEAT SUSPENSION SYSTEM BASED ON VIRTULE
PROTOTYPE TECHNOLOTY
ABST RACT
With rapid development of automotive industry in our country, more and
more demand on automotive fort and safety is put forward. Whereas
automobile seat is an ponent that influences the automobile
safety fort and seat suspension system is the ponent which
plays the key role in the whole seat assembly. But in our country, the design
of seat suspension system still remains in a start phase and the means of seat
suspension system design and research are rather behind the times that cause
a big loss of time and money. Furthermore, owing to no standard of static
comfort and durability performance of automobile seat suspension system in
our country presently, tracking out a systematic study means is urgent which
is about fort and durability performance of automobile seat
suspension system development theory and test.
In this paper, the structure of automobile seat and virtual design manners
are detailed discussed and studied that can be further divided into three parts.
