摘要:在建筑给排水工程施工过程中,出于质量管理体制不完善、施工人员专业技能不强等各种因索,导致了施工质量问题的出现。为了满足给排水工程施工技术要求,提高施工质量,需要施工人员不断学****提高自身的技术素质,才能确保施工的安全、质量。文中阐述了建筑给排水施工过程中的主要问题,并进一步对施工的主要流程进行了具体的分析,为建筑给排水的施工提供技术保障。

Abstract: in the construction to the construction process of drainage works, for the quality management system is not perfect, the construction personnel professional skills is not strong and other factors, led to the emergence of the construction quality problems. In order to meet the water supply and drainage engineering construction technical requirements, improve the construction quality, construction personnel need continuous learning, improve their technical quality, in order to ensure the safety, quality of construction. In this paper, the main problems of building to the drainage in the process of construction, and further to the construction of the main flow is analyzed in detail, to the building water supply and drainage construction and provide technical support.

1 建筑给排水施工中的主要问题
给排水施工作为建筑主体结构施工的一部分,在主体结构施工阶段,其工程量不多,主要就是预留、预埋等工作,因此在这阶段施工时,施工单位就对给排水的施工不重视,没有专业的人员在现场,因此在施工过程中无法达到要求的标准,当进行给排水工程安排时,则发现预留洞位置不正确、洞较小、甚至漏留洞口或是漏埋管的情况都有发生,这些质量缺陷严重影响了给排水施工中管道及设备的安装。
这样在安装时因没有预留洞或预留口位置不正确,则需要在楼板或剪力强上进行凿洞,破坏了建筑整体结构的完好性,影响结构的安全。在预留洞口较小时,在安装时所处位置没有办法扩洞口的情况下进行勉强安装,会给施工留下漏水的隐患
