摘要
输送机械又称连续输送机械,它是沿着一定的输送路线运输货物的机械。在现代化的大企业中,有大量的原料、半成品和成品(如矿石、焦炭、耐火材料、水泥、化肥、建筑材料、谷物等)需要机械搬运,除了起重机械搬送一部分可以装箱或堆垛的大件物品外,大量的粒散料和小件物品的运输,是靠各种形式的运输机来完成的,在有些工艺流程中,运输机械还是必不可少的生产机械。
运输机械的形式很多,本设计为输送机械的第一类,即固定式带式输送机的设计。
带式输送机是用连续运动的无端输送带输送货物的机械。随着全球经济的增长,带式输送机技术已成为当代科学技术发展的前沿之一。当今世界需要设计和生产“环保”型输送机,要求输送量超过10000t/h,并且要节约能量。输送机技术进步的一个重要特点是基础研究发展为应用技术,进而实现商业化。
带式输送机是用途最为广泛的一种运输机械。主要应用在沿水平方向或沿坡度不大的倾斜方向,连续的大批量地运送粒散状物料或单件物品。它具有生产率高、运送距离长、工作平稳、结构简单、可以在任意位置上装卸、自重小、工作可靠、操作简便、耗能少等重要优点。
在本文中,详细地根据要求对带式输送机的全部过程进行了设计和计算,即总体设计计算、各部件的设计选用,并绘制了总装图及其主要部件的零件图。

Abstract
Transport machine is called the consecution transports machine, it is a machine which conveyances goods along certainly transport route .In modern big business enterprise, there are a great deal of raw material, semi-processed goods and the finished product( such as the mineral stone, coke, fire-proof material, cement, turn fatty, construct the material, corn...etc.) demand to be porteraged by machine , in addition to the derrick moving to send a part and canning pack or a product of a , the conveyance of a great deal of grain spreads and product, pleteed by multiform conveyance machines , in some craft processes, theconveyance machine is also an essential production machine .
This design is the first Category of the transport machine,and the design of the fix type take type transports machine.
