价值工程在医疗建筑项目中的应用与研究

摘要

医疗建筑项目投资大、工期长、工程复杂,并且医疗建筑项目资金
普遍比较紧张,在工程建设中,要做到既满足使用方的功能需求,又要
确保总投资得到控制,价值工程作为一门经济与技术相结合的科学方法,
无疑是为达到以上目标的有力工具。
本文着眼于应用研究,以笔者自身所从事的项目为研究对象,结合
目前大量建造医疗建筑的背景及从事医疗建筑项目管理的经验,总结归
纳了目前医疗建筑建设过程中存在的一些问题,并对产生问题的原因进
行了分析,然后从解决这些实际问题的角度提出了应用价值工程对设计
方案进行优化比选的观点,探讨了价值工程在医疗建筑项目中的具体应
用模式。同时,为了更加准确的将价值工程应用工程实践中来,最大化
发挥价值工程的作用,本文还分析研究了价值工程在我国发展的障碍并
总结归纳了应用价值工程过程中应注意的要点,旨在推广价值工程在医
疗建筑项目管理中应用的可操作性。

THE APPLICATION AND RESEARCH OF
VALUE ENGINEERING IN THE
HOSPITAL CONSTRUCTION

ABSTRACT

The hospital construction project is plicated project for the big investment and
long period,and the construction fund of the hospital is usually tense. During the building,
not only considering the use of the construction, but also making the investment
controllable, Value Engineering,a scientific method bines technology and
economy,is undoubtedly a useful tool to help us to achieve such goals.
This paper belongs to application research. In this paper, some problems during the
hospital construction has been summed up on the basis of summarizing work experience
and the reasons which caused these problems has been analyzed in the paper. In order to
resolve these problems, the paper has practically presented the application and research of
Value Engineering in the hospital construction and discussed the application mode during
the building. At the same time, in order to apply the Value Engineering more rightly in the
future, the paper has analyzed development obstruction of Value Engineering in our
country and summed up some suggestion during the application of Value Engineering, for
the purpose of extending it maneuverability in the hospital construction project
management.
