舰船推进轴系校中技术研究
摘要
轴系是舰船推进系统的重要组成部分,轴系的功能是传递功率和推
力。校中质量不良的轴系容易引起轴承过热、轴承损坏、密封元件泄漏、
齿轮箱齿轮啮合不良以及过大的噪音与振动水平等,影响舰船航行的安
全。为保证轴系持续正常的运转,需要按照一定的要求和方法将轴系敷
设成合理的状态,使轴系上全部轴承的负荷及各轴段的应力在轴系运转
的各个工况都处于允许范围之内或最佳状态。
本文以某船推进轴系为对象,开展轴系校中技术研究。轴系在各种
工况下的变形数据和受力是不一样的。因此在形成轴系初步方案以后,
需对各种工况下的轴系进行校核计算,使轴系在各种工况下都工作在合
理范围内。本文主要研究的内容包括:船舶在船台和下水状态下轴系的
情况;轴系冷热态;轴承油膜刚度对轴系校中的影响;船体变形对轴系
校中的影响;艉轴轴承的接触模型;轴承磨损对轴系运转的影响。
轴段是通过轴承得到支撑的,但轴系运行时轴段是支撑在轴承油膜
上的,轴段由于自身重量等原因,与轴承之间倾斜支撑的。轴承油膜厚
度和刚度、轴段的倾斜均会影响到轴承反力,影响到轴系的运转情况,
这是轴系校中分析中需综合考虑的地方。
通过对这些方面的研究,一方面获得该船轴系校中的有关情况,为
编制船厂校中工艺文件提供数据;另一方面是总结轴系校中计算的有关
方法,为其它舰船轴系校中分析提供参考。

PROPULSION SHAFT SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
Shaft system is very posing part in propeller system of marine, the
function of shaft system is transferring power and impulse. Shaft system of low quality
alignment can cause burning of bearing, damage of bearing, leak of packing unit and gear
of gearbox matching badly, lower degree of noise and vibration easily, affect security
during marine sail. In order to ensure that shaft system can be worked continuously, shaft
system is required to arrange under reasonable state by definite request and method,
bearing load of all bearing and stress of each shaft on shaft system is in its permitted range
and at its best under each condition.
In this paper, the research on alignment of shaft system is carried basing on propeller
shaft system of some marine. It have different distortion date and stress of shaft system
under each condition. Thus, after forming initial project of shaft system, it needs to be
calculated on shaft system to ensure that shaft system can be worked in reasonable range
