摘要
功率因数设计是关键指标的电源、电源一贯重视开发技术问题。本文重点对当前流行的单片开关电源芯片为普遍的低功率开关电源的设计和制造。在这里,电源控制电路,28019可大大提高了功率因数。电源由6个部分交直流转换电路、电源转换电路、功率因数检测电路,全氟化碳的控制电路、数字集和测量电路、保护电路。交直流转换电路使用控制整流器,电源转换电路使用提高拓扑结构,这可以输出电压值是形式30到36。电源利用C8051F020,供应链管理能完成数字集和措施。该系统具有一定的优点:直观特性、稳定性好,显著提高功率因数。

Abstract

The power supply by AC-DC transform circuit, DC-DC transform circuit, control circuit and PFC power factor detection circuit, digital measurement show circuit protection circuit, ponents. Among them, the AC-DC transform circuit adopts bridge type is not in possession of rectifier way, DC-DC transform circuit topology structure by boost, which can realize 36 V voltage output, and use of C8051F020 SCM realizing output measurement display and power factor test showed that etc. Function. The power of the main advantage is: the function, intuitive, and good stability, voltage adjustment rate, the load rate are the prescribed scope within the power factor than traditional switching power supply is greatly improved.
